  • The coaches need to be with their players at their assigned stations.
    Please make sure coaches come ready for their coach pictures. All players need to show up Volleyball ready (Jerseys tucked in).
  • If you purchase after the Expiration Date (July 1st, 2023, photos went live) and you didn't purchase a credit. No free shipping for $45 or more orders. 
  • Still, time to get a FREE TEAM PHOTO. (This offer EXPIRES at Midnight after your shoot date of 5/07/23!!)
    Make sure to purchase  ANY Advance Pay Credits. Purchasing an advance pay credit is like a gift card credit that you can use later to purchase your packages when photos are uploaded.

The schedule for taking Winter Sports team/individual pictures is the link on the left side of this page. Our photographer is with Game Face Sports 757.

We request that the Team Parent or Coach schedule their team photo session as soon as possible by emailing Joey Mones, the Team Picture Coordinator.

For planning purposes, players should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the designated time. This will ensure that pictures are taken in a timely manner, especially for those teams that are taking pictures before a game.

Although some parents will opt not to purchase pictures, we would like to strongly encourage that parents have their player participate in team pictures on the designated day so that those parents who would like to purchase team pictures will have all members in the photograph. This will also benefit those parents who decide to purchase a team picture. Coaches and Team Parents are reminded that taking pictures is NOT optional. Purchasing pictures is OPTIONAL. Note: The photographer will provide each Coach a FREE 5X7 team photo.
